For over 10yrs I have been running a business offering various property services within England & Wales, and our clients range from big Plc’s to the general public.   The services we provide are:

With the recent drop in house prices, I feel that soon it could be a potentially good time to invest in property, and Cornwall has fast become an extremely popular place to own a second home.   Most people who own second homes here look at their purchase purely as a holiday home, and do not, therefore, take advantage of the full potential of their investment property.   The reason for this is possibly twofolda) They use the property for their annual holiday
b) The traditional holiday rental companies do not have the facility to offer a full management service, whereby the owners are required to organise the cleaning, key handover etc.  

The result is they miss out on a very lucrative source of extra income, as good self-catering accommodation is in high demand during the summer period, reaching upwards of £400pw in July/August for a reasonable 2/3 bed house.  Our services offer all/any of the following: 

1. Select your ideal investment property, based on your requirements & preferences.
2. View the properties you have pre-selected and send you a detailed report & video images.
3. Organise any improvements, decorating, and furnishings, if required.
4. Arrange the cleaning, key handover/check-in, check-out, and any repairs (if required)
